Human Financial Managed Portfolios
Human Financial Management Limited has issued an updated Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), Additional Information Brochure (AIB) and Investment Options Brochure (IOB) for the Human Financial Managed Portfolios effective 1 December 2024.
Key changes are outlined below.
Change of name
The disclosure documents have been updated to reflect the change of name from ClearView Financial Management Limited to Human Financial Management Limited.
The ClearView WealthSolutions Separately Managed Account has been renamed the Human Financial Separately Managed Account.
The Managed Portfolios have been renamed as detailed below.

The transaction costs, buy-sell spreads and performance fees have been reviewed and updated where required. Refer to the Fees and Cost summary in the PDS and the Additional Fees and Costs in the IOB for further information.

Human Financial Management Limited has issued an updated Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Additional Information Brochure (AIB) for the Human Financial Managed Investments effective 1 December 2024.
The Human Financial Managed Investments comprise the following funds referred to as Investment Options:
HF Cautious 30;
HF Prudent 50;
HF Assertive 70; and
HF Aggressive 95.
Key changes include:
change in responsible entity and fund names;
removal of cheque as a payment method;
change to cut-off time for accepting transaction requests;
changes to transaction costs, buy-sell spreads and performance fees; and
new Service Centre contact details and removal of TeleAccess service.

Removal of cheque as a payment method
Investments via cheque will no longer be accepted. Customers will be able to continue making additional investments by direct debit or BPAY.
Change to cut-off time for accepting transaction requests
The cut-off time for accepting investment and withdrawal requests has changed from 3pm to 1pm (on a business day in Sydney).
Change to transaction costs, buy-sell spreads and performance fees
The transaction costs, buy-sell spreads and performance fees have been reviewed and updated where required. Refer to the Fees and Cost summary in the PDS and the Additional Fees and Costs in the AIB for further information.

Removal of TeleAccess
TeleAccess will no longer be available. Customers can continue to transact on their account through the online portal or by submitting the relevant form.

Human Financial Management Limited has issued updated Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) and Additional Information Brochure (AIB) for the Human Financial Managed Funds effective 1 December 2024. The Human Financial Managed Funds comprise the following funds:
HF Antipodes Global Fund;
HF Aoris International SRI Fund;
HF Australian Shares Fund;
HF Emerging Markets Fund;
HF Fairlight Global Fund;
HF Fixed Interest Fund;
HF Infrastructure Fund; and
HF Money Market Fund.
Key changes include:
